- Free Mystery packs on your first deposit, scaling with it. Make your first qualifying Sparks deposit and you get free Mystery-pack opens, one per person, on your first deposit only. The count scales with that first deposit (1 at $5, then +1 for every $25, up to 200). After that first deposit, every deposit earns the standard package bonus Sparks, no more free packs. Each free open splits into a real booster of a random live set; it's a house-funded open with no cash value, playable on packs only. (This replaces the earlier cumulative free-pack ladder, which has been retired.)
- The double your first deposit match has moved. It's now a limited recovery offer, shown when you're about to leave without depositing or sent as a win-back, instead of the standard deposit reward. Members who hadn't deposited before this change keep the double for a short grandfather window, and during that window it stacks with the first-deposit free Mystery packs, so a first deposit can earn both.

- Introducing the Grail Pack: open one real card from a pool spanning every set, at a price you choose (from $1 to a grand) and with the variance you pick, four collector tiers from Steady to Widest. Every price and tier is priced at its expected value and is provably fair: the card table's fingerprint is committed before the roll, and your own browser can re-check the draw, including that the committed card values average out to your price. The card lands in your vault like any pull, keep it, ship it home, or sell it back at 85%. Like every pack it's for the fun of the rip, not a way to make money.

- A new deposit spin wheel. Every qualifying deposit earns a provably-fair spin whose published chance to win a free Mystery pack climbs the more you deposit: a 10% floor rising to a 25% cap, resetting after 30 idle days. There's also a free entry by mail (no purchase necessary) at the best odds you can reach (the 25% cap) — one free entry per person.
- The leaving-offer for new members is now free Mystery packs, laddered by deposit size (1 at $10, up to 5 at $100), stacking on top of the first-deposit double.
- The no-deposit signup free pack has been retired; new members are welcomed by the first-deposit double instead.

- A free pack every month for VIP members. Once you're at the Silver tier or higher and have deposited that month, you can claim a free pack of the current newest set on the Rewards page, with more packs (plus Mystery-pack opens) at higher tiers. Claim several months in a row and you earn a bonus Mystery pack. It's a house-funded loyalty reward with no cash value; claim it before the 1st, it doesn't carry over.

- Your shipment now shows a clear step-by-step progress view on the Orders page and in the app: each step explains itself while your card is on it, and while we hunt for your card you can see whether we're checking local shops or have ordered it online. It refreshes on its own.
- Older shipments show only the steps they actually went through.

- The home page loads much faster on phones: the set grid now shows the newest sets first and keeps loading more as you scroll, and every set is still listed on the odds page.

- Deleting your account now says plainly what happens to your balance: any Sparks, unopened packs and vaulted cards you haven't sold back or shipped are forfeited and are not refunded. You'll see the amounts and tick a box to confirm before deleting, and deletion waits until any shipment in progress has been delivered. The Terms and FAQ say the same.

- Easier to read and tap on phones: small text on the home, set, card and market pages is a little larger, and the step dots and footer links are bigger targets. Screen readers now hear the card names you see.

- Choose a display currency in Settings (Profile in the app): Canadian dollars, euros, pounds, Australian dollars or Mexican pesos. USD amounts at checkout, top-up, your vault and the shop then also show an approximate ≈ figure. You are still always charged in US dollars, and the exact USD amount is shown at checkout.

- Arcade reward claims now credit exactly the amount you saw. If a reward's size changed since your screen loaded, the claim is refused with nothing credited, and you're shown the new amount so you can claim it.

- Arcade sell-backs now pay 85% of a card's Arcade value, the same 85% as Sparks. This applies to every Arcade sell-back made on or after October 14, 2026.
- Collection, opening-volume and first-time Bits rewards are now sized to the price of the packs you're opening, so they scale with the pack instead of being flat amounts. The amount is shown before you claim it.

- Bits now work like Sparks: Locked and Unlocked. Bonus Bits and the Bits you buy are Locked and open Arcade packs (Bonus first). Every card you sell back now comes back as Unlocked Bits, including cards from packs you opened with Bonus Bits, and Unlocked Bits are the ones that convert to Sparks (100 Bits = 1 Spark) or buy a single in the Market.
- Your Bits breakdown now shows Locked (with Bonus and Purchased lines) and Unlocked separately. Bits you bought were counted in your total before but had no line of their own.
- Account → Transactions has a new Bits tab with your Bit purchases, pack opens, sell-backs, bonuses and conversions.

- Sell-back copy in your vault, wallet, the pack opener, Grail Packs and set pages now shows your actual sell-back rate, including your VIP tier, instead of one fixed number.

- Opening a pack looks and feels better. Each card's value pops in and counts up as it lands, and the celebration now scales with how the card compares to what the pack cost. A top pull gets a big moment with the amount rolling up, which you can tap to skip. The Grail Pack card now arrives face-down and spins over. Set packs, 30th Celebration, Arcade, Mystery and Grail packs each have their own look. Nothing about the odds, the prices, the order cards are revealed in, or what you can do with a card has changed, and reduced-motion settings still show the same information without the movement.

- The three 30th Celebration RGB Mews are back in 30th Celebration boxes at verified prices, in the ✦100,000+ headliner bracket, with their odds shown on the set page.

- Your vault now shows every card you own as its own tile. Copies were being grouped by set and card number, and in sets like 30th Celebration the Classic Collection reprints share numbers with the main set, so a vault holding Shining Celebi, Zacian, M Gardevoir-EX and Palkia LV.X (all #106) showed one “Shining Celebi ×5” tile at Celebi’s price and hid the other three. Reverse-holo and Master Ball copies were also merged with normal copies. Tiles are now grouped by the exact card and finish, the sell and ship screens show which finish each row is, and the ×N count badge on stacked tiles (which the card art had been covering) is visible again. Nothing about your cards or balance changed, only how the page showed them.

- 30th Celebration is live. Pokémon's biggest anniversary set is now on PackLab: five foil cards per pack, with an artist Pikachu as the fifth in every pack (one of 30 variants), across 161 main-set cards plus 30 Classic Collection reprints. Chases include Mew ex, Charizard, and Gengar ex, and every card you pull lands in your vault to keep, ship home, or sell back instantly at 85%.

- We refined how each box's guaranteed headliner is published. Every recipe box still guarantees a headliner card worth $20 or more, across the same full value range — you can still hit the biggest cards, right up to the grail. What changed is honesty about the odds: the top of the range is now split into its own tiers so you can see that the everyday headliners land far more often than the four-figure chase cards. Nothing was removed from the pool, pack prices are unchanged or a little lower, and every box's exact odds stay on its product page.

- A new first-deposit offer: your first Sparks deposit gets you free Mystery packs to open, and the bigger the deposit, the more you get. Open each one on the Mystery page, then keep the cards, ship them home, or sell them back at 85%. One bonus per account, no code needed.

- Your pack shelf reads clearly again. On the Open page, each pack you own now shows its full set name, current box progress, and rip buttons neatly beside the pack art, at every screen size and in the app.
- Small text across the site is easier to read. We raised the size and contrast of captions, labels, and fine print throughout, so the details you need are clear, while the intentionally tiny print on card and pack artwork stays as designed.
