A 5% insurance & handling fee on $100+ cards
On top of the flat ⚡499Cards worth $100 or more (10,000+) are high value: they ship fully insured, signature-required and human-reviewed, and they carry a 5% insurance & handling fee on the card's value — on top of the flat 499 per-card shipping fee every card pays. For example, a $120 card is $4.99 + $6.00 = $10.99, and a $500 card is $4.99 + $25.00 = $29.99. The exact fee is always itemized on the confirmation screen before you pay — never a surprise. (Shipping to Canada adds a flat +500 / $5.)
Fully insured, signature required
Your card is protectedEvery high-value redemption ships fully insured and requires your signature on delivery — so please be available to sign, or the carrier may hold or return the parcel. If a card is lost or damaged in transit (verified), you're credited 100% of its live market value in Sparks, plus the fee back — the same remedy we use for any cancellation. High-value cards are never sent in a plain envelope without tracking.
A quick human review before it ships
Every high-value orderA real person reviews every high-value redemption before it's sourced and shipped — usually within a day. This protects both of us: it's how we catch fraud and make sure the right card goes to the right person. Your card stays safely in your vault until the review clears.
