Every box, pack, and Evolve on PackLab is provably fair. Pick a tool below and your own browser re-runs the math. No trust in us required.

STEP 1

Sealed

Before a single pack goes on sale, the box's full contents are locked with a digital fingerprint (a SHA-256 hash). Change one card afterward and the fingerprint breaks, publicly.

STEP 2

Shuffled by a public coin flip

Which card lands in which pack comes from drand, a public randomness beacon run by independent organizations worldwide, using a round that didn't exist yet when the box was sealed. We can't influence it, and neither can anyone else; every box page lets you fetch the round from drand's own API and check.

STEP 3

Sold to the last pack

Packs sell until the box is done, and each pack locks onto its slice of the shuffle in strict rip order — a slice that was fixed and fingerprinted before the box ever went live. We can't change which pack holds what, or steer which slice you get; your browser re-checks all of it against drand when the box completes.

STEP 4

Opened for inspection

The moment the last pack sells, everything becomes public: every pack, who ripped it, the full card list, the secret seed, the beacon value. Your browser can recheck all of it below.

Completed boxes: inspect any of them

Boxes are numbered per set in the order they went on sale, so “Box #3” always means the same box.
