Each offer pays a fixed, disclosed amount — the same reward every time, with no draw and no random outcome — so it's a deterministic loyalty grant, the way store-credit rewards work, not a chance-based sweepstakes entry. Is earning really free?
Yes. You never pay to earn — you complete a task (an offer or a short survey) and receive a fixed, disclosed amount of Sparks. Earning is optional and never required to use PackLab.
Is this a sweepstakes or gambling?
No. Earned Sparks are a loyalty/rewards credit, not a prize: the reward for each offer is fixed and shown up front, with no draw and no random outcome. Earning is limited to signed-in adults 18 and over.
