3. Account review
We do not require government-ID identity verification to buy Sparks, open packs, or ship cards — an 18+ confirmation and a valid U.S. shipping address are all that's needed. We reserve the right to review, pause, or close an account for fraud, abuse, or suspected underage use, and to ask for reasonable confirmation in those cases.
