Delete your PackLab account

You can permanently delete your account yourself, at any time, from your account settings.

How to delete it

  1. Sign in and open Account settings.
  2. Scroll to Delete account.
  3. Type DELETE, confirm your password, and submit.

Deletion takes effect immediately and signs you out on every device.

What gets deleted

Your email address, saved shipping name and address, avatar, and your support conversations are erased. Your account is closed and can no longer be signed into.

What we keep, and why

Transaction records are retained in anonymized form — no longer linked to your personal details — because tax, anti-money-laundering and unclaimed-property law requires it. This is described in our Privacy Policy.

Before you delete: value on your account

Sparks are closed-loop store credit with no cash value and cannot be withdrawn. If you have a balance, vaulted cards, or unopened packs, sell back or ship your cards home first — deleting ends your access to them. The deletion screen shows you exactly what is on your account before you confirm.
