How PackLab ships your cards

Every card you pull is a real card. Keep it in your vault as long as you like, and when you want it in your hands, we mail the physical card to your address in the US or Canada.

Requesting a shipment

Open your vault, pick the cards you want and request shipping. Each card ships individually, and the full fee is itemized on the confirmation screen before you confirm, never a surprise at checkout. Shipping fees are paid from your Unlocked Sparks (the ones you get from selling a card back), or by card at checkout.

To protect against fraud, we may ask you to verify your identity before a card ships. Until then the card simply stays in your vault, still yours to keep or sell back.

The per-card fee

Shipping is a flat fee per card of 499 Sparks · $4.99, the same for every card no matter how many you ship at once. High-value cards add an insurance and handling fee on top (below), and cards going to Canada add a flat cross-border surcharge.

Sourcing, condition and packaging

We source every card to order after you request it, receive it at our own facility, and then mail it to you, so a shipment is not instant; most cards arrive well before the outside date given in our Terms of Service. Once we mail a card, it typically arrives in about 2–7 days.

Cards ship as the best-quality raw (ungraded) card we can source, usually Near Mint. Because some collectors like to grade their pulls, we always aim for the best raw copy and never crack open a graded slab, and only where a better copy can't be sourced do we ship a disclosed played grade.

Tracking

We usually provide a tracking number for your shipment. Some lower-value single cards may ship in a plain envelope without tracking. High-value cards are never sent in a plain envelope without tracking.

High-value cards: insured and signature-required

Cards worth 10,000 Sparks · $100.00 or more ship fully insured and require your signature on delivery, so please be available to sign, or the carrier may hold or return the parcel. They carry an insurance & handling fee of 5% on the card's value, on top of the flat per-card fee.

A real person reviews every high-value redemption before it's sourced, usually the same day you request it, and the card stays safely in your vault until the review clears. If a card is lost or damaged in transit (verified), you're credited its full live market value in Sparks, plus the fee back. Full details are on the high-value shipping page.

Shipping to Canada

We ship to every Canadian province and territory. Cards going to a Canadian address carry a flat cross-border surcharge per card of 500 Sparks · $5.00 on top of the per-card fee. Prices are in USD, and your bank does any currency conversion.

Most trading-card shipments arrive without a bill, but the Canada Border Services Agency can assess GST/HST or duty on international parcels, and any such charge is the recipient's responsibility. We declare parcels honestly as collectible trading cards. More on the Canada shipping page.
